They may continue the momentum but be all out off 35/40 overs.Ugly execution. Crucial wicket to hopefully halt momentum somewhat. .
Here's hoping. They may continue the momentum but be all out off 35/40 overs.
What Sri Lanka thinks today, England thinks after 20 years.Conserving wickets for the last 15 overs should have gone out of the English game in 1995.
Greatbatch 92 World Cup.What Sri Lanka thinks today, England thinks after 20 years.
Srikkanth even before that (because we are not necessarily talking about taking advantage of fielding restrictions here)Greatbatch 92 World Cup.
Great intent so far, although I can't recall a pitch & conditions in which it seems/looks so easy to hit through the line. That said, that could just be an illusion due to excellent batting.I really don't care that they have lost 2 wickets. The fact that we seem to at least have some intent for the first time in ages is great.
He's good! What the hell is Root doing? He should only have 20 by now. This just isn't English enough. We've lost 2 wickets, we should be blocking.
[Shastri-voice]Root knew exactly what he was doing there![/Shastri-voice]Couldn't have split the keeper and slip more perfectly if he tried Root.
If he starts pulling a fraction of a back of a length then he's Ponting. He's good!
I've been wondering before. Is he really Test Average 50+ good and ODI average 40+ good? Going to be an ATG?
Best English batting talent I can remember for some time. Likely 'great of his era', possible ATG.He's good!
