David Lloyd was pretty good, unlucky not to play more international cricketI remember Venkat as an umpire but his test playing career was before my time.
Illingworth played test cricket in the early 90s for England but I don't remember him, a lot of players played test cricket for England back then,
Definitely 4th best among the spin quartet, but managed 150 test wickets.I remember Venkat as an umpire but his test playing career was before my time.
Illingworth has a couple of decent records. He took a wicket with his very first ball in Tests and he's now just the second player to both appear in and umpire a World Cup Final.I remember Venkat as an umpire but his test playing career was before my time.

No, for some reason they put up another ball tracker delivery which showed the ball clipping leg stump on umpire's call. It confused everyone. Were Bangladesh saying they got the point of impact wrong in the DRS there? They did initially, but it doesn’t really make any difference. Too much angle on that, I was surprised the finger went up.
Makes you wonder how much of DRS is down to where a human clicks that the ball is pitching, and all that stuff. There must be a bit of a margin for a call that’s quite close to clipping, like that one was.No, for some reason they put up another ball tracker delivery which showed the ball clipping leg stump on umpire's call. Yeah it's important to have hope otherwise whats the point ?Well at least we survived until stumps and have lived to fight another day.
If there is a lot of rain tomorrow we might be able to escape with a draw but looking at the forecast for Sylhet I don't think any rain will help us out.
It's win or bust for us, probably bust but if Mitchell can turn into Stokes or Botham with help from the tail we might be able to pull off a miracle win.
To answer, he would require a modicum of self awareness.@Skyliner to comment
Its possible to win from here but the main problem is the pitch. If the trend continues then its going to be easy to survive the first hour but then it will be a lot of struggle. Mitchell can’t just keep on hitting big without giving few chances in this pitch. It's win or bust for us, probably bust but if Mitchell can turn into Stokes or Botham with help from the tail we might be able to pull off a miracle win.
There is still a sliver of hope with Mitchell still there but he would need to score most of the runs himself and score them pretty quickly. Its possible to win from here but the main problem is the pitch. Inzamam once pulled off a win single handedly in multan against us from a similar sort of position IIRC but the pitch was a lot lot better.
One of phillips/blundell had to make a good partnership with mitchell to bring the target down and then mitchell with the tail had a chance. But you never know. Anything can happen. Do you think draw is a possibility? Sodhi and Ajaz can hang around but they won't score many runs and Southee can score some quick runs but he usually doesn't hang around for long.
In all likelihood we will lose tomorrow quite comfortably and Bangladesh deserve to win, they have been the better team so far with both bat and ball.
He obviously has home wickets but Bumrah had 79 away wickets before his first.Off topic question.
Apart from Pakistanis having to play in the UAE, is Ajaz the 1st player with 50 tests wickets and zero at home?
I think there's a Maxwell's chance in ODIs forever of Mitchell repeating said feat and launching a one man winning attack to take the side home. There is still a sliver of hope with Mitchell still there but he would need to score most of the runs himself and score them pretty quickly.
