This pitch places the records of Butterworth, Maher and Faulkner into perspective.
Absolutely agree.

**** off Guptill, you play inside the line like that on even an Indian road and you'll nick out. Don't look down the deck like it did anything.

Ryder at 3 is a good move, tbh.

It is actually. If you're ever down this way, it's well worth a visit. Hobart is a very pretty town, lots of history around Port Arthur (some of it all too recent and sad) and if you bring your sticks you have to play Barnbougle Dunes and Lost Farm at Bridport. They're both rated in the top 50 golf courses in the world.

Locals have two heads though.
Can confirm this other than the golf courses. Just got back. If you're into nature go to Mount Field. Mount Wellington is also fantastic on a clear day. Absolutely loved the place.

Butterworth at this ground - 78 wickets @ 26
Butterworth elsehwere - 65 wickets @ 22

So I think it's harsh to say this wicket has much to do with his good bowling record. Adam Maher really is pretty average though so it'll be interesting to see his breakdown.
