Players never making mistakes when reviewing would be awesome IMO. The only argument against reviewing everything is the time it'd take; if the dressing room can eliminate that problem it'd be great for the game.
Fair enough.

Personally I like the idea of teams having something to lose by getting a review wrong. I think it adds a different dynamic to the game which would be sterilised by what you're talking about.

For example, you'd almost never see a team turned down the chance to appeal a decision they genuinely believe is wrong because they've already blown two reviews - most teams would never get that far. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Up to the individual I guess, but I like having it there.

You know what would be hilarious? If Pakistan won by defending this total in 50 overs.

I absolutely hate the tactical element of reviews. Frankly I just want to see the greatest percentage of correct umpire decisions as possible.

There is that, but for me the key point is that taking instructions from the balcony is an unfair advantage to the batting side.

Regardless of how it looks now, Canada's biggest prolem will be batting out 50 overs. If they can form lasting partnerships, it will be up to Cheema and the tail to bring it home.

Worst umpiring.

I really wish this had happened in a semi-final or something to showcase the importance of UDRS. Doubt too many people are paying attention this game unfortunately.

Afridi benefits so much from UDRS.

I just wonder how much lower average and how many more wickets Kumble would have had if we had UDRS before.
He hit the pad so many times.

That's what, four successful reviews now in one innings?

Maybe umpires can be banned if they get enough decisions overturned. I think we've seen enough of Harper.

Lol horrible umpiring so far this game.

Bagai gone, big blow for Canada.

They really should just aim to milk the ball around as much as possible, play it like a test, bring the runs needed down a bit, and unleash Cheema.

Infact, no harm unleashing Cheema right now tbh.

Best bit of the review is Afridi celebrating the minute he called the review

Was basically a "**** you Harper, you're wrong"
