Fair enough.Players never making mistakes when reviewing would be awesome IMO. The only argument against reviewing everything is the time it'd take; if the dressing room can eliminate that problem it'd be great for the game.
Personally I like the idea of teams having something to lose by getting a review wrong. I think it adds a different dynamic to the game which would be sterilised by what you're talking about.
For example, you'd almost never see a team turned down the chance to appeal a decision they genuinely believe is wrong because they've already blown two reviews - most teams would never get that far. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Up to the individual I guess, but I like having it there.
