Whatever it takes!!!
I watched the practice games in Chennai, and to be honest, I am extremely worried about our bowling. I know it was a flat track at the MAC and it is not a big ground but still the way our bowlers were smashed was worrying.

BTW, I think Dinesh Kaarthick batted really really well in both matches. Still tend to think that he is the better option for tests. One six he hit off Sreesanth was quite extraordinary since I have never seen a fast medium bowler being loft-driven over extra cover for a six.

Watson in the team too, can't wait. Looks a pretty weak bowling attack though, as only Bracken and McGrath have any real experience.

Yeah, should be interesting to see how the team goes. Really inexperienced. Makes things much exciting. :D

That team really shows the amount of experimentation that will be going on with the side this series really. I'm looking forward to watching Johnson bowl. It'll be interesting to see how much he's improved in the last few months.

interesting side Australia have picked here, looking foward to see Johnson bowl, Jaques at the top & Watson & Cosgrove in the middle-order..

I'll be interested to see the actual batting order. The openers are pretty much straight foward, as is Ponting at 3, but what then after that. Will we see clarke or cosgrove at 4, and where will Haddin Bat???

All the same, it'll be a good test to see just how good the back-up is with 6 first teamers sitting this 1 out.

I would like if the batting line-up with in the top 7 was like this:

Jaques
Katich
Cosgrove
Ponting
Watson
Clarke
Haddin

You'd keep Clarke back at 6? Finishing abilities im assuming?

As this tournament is basically 1 big experiment for the Aust. team, i wouldn't mind seeing Watson at 4 (push Ponting to 5, he'll play well no matter where you put him) when i think about it, he has batted there well for QLD so it might be worth a chop??

I'm annoyed. I'm not getting Zee Sports. Or rather, the channel used to come until a day ago and now its freezed (frozen?). Gone are the good old days when cricket only used to come on Star Sports and ESPN, with the sudden influx of sub par channels such as DD Sports, Set MAX and now Zee Sports. :@
