In an first choice team u would have Asim but with all their bowling injuries it better option to go for the two all rounders. Also i think that together Razzaq and Afridi are better batting options then Asim.Choora said:

The Pakistan team selected to tour India is the "weakest-ever" and resembles a club side, according to Mushtaq Mohammad who is rated as one of the shrewdest captains that the country has produced.
The former player also said that after learning about the make-up of the Pakistani squadIndian skipper Sourav Ganguly "must be laughing" while Inzamam-ul Haq must be having his fingers crossed
This is the weakest ever Pakistan team selected for any tour. The team that visited England in 1978-79 under Wasim Bari was definitely weak but it was because of unavoidable reasons as there was ban on cricketers who had signed for Kerry Packer," Mushtaq said in an interview to PTI.
"But I am sorry to say that this Pakistan team looks like a club team to me," he said as Pakistan gear up for their first full-fledged series, involving three Tests and six one-day internationals, in India in six years.
"Sourav must be laughing and feeling very confident because he has seen most of the players in Pakistan last year and knows their weaknesses. As far as Inzamam is concerned, he must have his fingers crossed. He will be hoping that his boys put up a better performance than what they showed in Australia."
Mushtaq was unsparing in his comments on the Pakistani batsmen saying "barring a couple of them, there are no quality batsmen in the side. They have faulty techniques, are too flashy, have no footwork, no temperament and consequently they are inconsistent," he said.

Pak don't have international level bowlers apart from Danish, there is no point playing in with club level bowlers just coz you are suppose to have four bowlers in ur side.I choose Danish because he's a good spinner and a pacer (either Naveed or Sami, though both are losers ). Khaleel and Arshad are crap so i dropped them.
With such a lineup Pak will have batsman right till the 9th slot.A strong batting lineup on paper that can give its captain a hope to draw atleast one test match against India.
I think Inzamam must have realised by now that Pakistan has no chance.It will be better for him to play defensive cricket, as attacking India with half skilled bowlers makes no sense. Inzamam should ask his batters to occupy the crease for maximum time, and bat with a longisg batting lineup.At the same time he should ask his bowlers to dry up the runs , bowls defensively , so that the match could end up in a draw.

If anyone's willing to listen to a confused idiot, I have a question about the TV rights. The Madras High Court is going to announce the orders for telecasting this series on Thursday, so does that mean this whole tv rights gag ends tomorrow and we can be sure that the friggin series will actually take place?
