every time i see bracewell bowl, the further he is from his 21 year old self

it's annoying because he used to have a proper outswinger and got deliveries to behave a bit weirdly. you can still see the weirdness even today, but no pace or swing to take advantage.

i blame the focus on his batting and trying to make him a 3rd seamer

Eh, I kind of agree but much do NZ need another opening bowler? He was never going to be better than Boult or Southee (in Tests), so it was worth trying to get him to do something else IMO. In another era he'd have been a decent opening bowler instead but **** happens; it was worth the risk.

Always rips your undies doesn't it, 5 dot balls followed by an east four-ball to finish and release the pressure.

Ferguson defs should have opened the bowling. He does it for Auckland. Plus facing 145-150 is harder to get your eye in than Bracewell's trundle city.

Always found Hesson boring when talking to the media, but he's actually a very insightful comments-man.

Ahh more village from Bracewell... you just can't afford 1-2 garbage balls an over against top bats,

it's entirely bracewell's fault he hasn't reverted to his strengths since being dropped, it just annoys me seeing a decent bowler go the franklin route

southee was a lesser bowler than bracewell when bracewell entered the team, but naturally his place is sacred in all formats which is why he'll play every nz game at the world cup
