Fun fact: Hanuma Vihari played 2 seasons at the same Essex club as Nasser Hussain’s son.

My family have played for the same club for 4 generations. Vihari was churning out runs when I was over in 2014 and the one time I went to see him he was caught behind for 8.

Jadeja's been excellent. Been lucky as well but so has literally every single batsman from both sides.

Vihari far less jammy than yesterday. Hopefully that initial jamminess was just nervousness instead of genuinely poor technique.

The biggest thing for me was early today when he clearly read a Broad inswinger out the hand and played a perfect forward defense to it. Those were the balls he struggled big time against yesterday and he's already solved the issue to an extent. Great adaptability and awareness.
