*Official* India Tour of Australia 2018/19

We have too many top order players already. Rohit and Dhawan are a lock in to open and Kohli is our number 3. Maybe we can try Prithvi at number 4 but not sure we will risk it this close to the WC.
Agreed. Shaw is unlucky, but those the breaks. India's top 3 is awesome and as number 4 should be Dhoni where we be less awful, India need to focus on 5-7 regarding batting. Obviously India need an all rounder so Pandya has a spot, so 2 places need to be filled. Jadhav is in pole position for one and I feel India need the other spot should be someone really destructive.

Pant the obvious choice, but open to suggestions.:D

They brought him back once and most were happy but then..they batted him at #3

Dropped again soon after
Haha yeah I was so angry with that. The whole point of Raina is that he's more suited to #5-6 than "better" batsman, and they batted him at 3 ffs.

Are there any more promising seamers in the wings for us? The five we have in steady rotation look like the cream of the crop. Everyone else looks like they belong to the Indian team of twenty years ago.

they're bloody hard to find tbf, 5-6 would be very solid for most test sides in history. it's only a few outstanding periods for a few countries where you get the whole conveyer belt thing going (and i wouldn't even include peak aus in that category)

He's been terrible this day so far but I've liked the look of Siraj whenever I've seen him bowl.
