Hang on, what's happening here? I thought it was only the Australian batting that was depleted by the bans and that the bowling available to them is still first choice? Why is the "best bowling lineup in the world" struggling so much, and that too at home? No reverse swing either, and they had plenty of it just last year in the Ashes. Starc was getting reverse as late as the Durban test earlier this year, why has it deserted him all of a sudden? Very strange indeed considering that only the banned trio were involved in the sandpaper incident and absolutely no one else in the team, 'oh no' and that it was also a one off and only the first time the Australians even considered it. The Aussies have according to their own accounts gotten reverse swing plenty of times, so why are they not getting any now? Especially with their top of the line pace attack? A completely baffling mystery, indeed.
Oh well, they've pretty much gifted India their first series win in Australia, so they'v picked a fine time to lose that reverse. Hopefully they can withstand the might of Lanka better in a month or so.
*Disclaimer. The accusation Australia altered the condition of the ball in the last ashes series is made without any proof. However Trescothick admitted England altered the condition of the ball in the 2005 series.Did you even watch last years ashes?! Australia only bowled England out with bouncers and didn't get any reverse swing at all! Come on keep up
That's nonsense. In what way?Kohli actively seeks out on field confrontation, therefore he is fair game imo. He doesn't respect the entire nation, why should any Australian respect him?
This is exactly like the alt-right calling each other alphas and everyone else betas.Australia is a nation of alphas.
Australia is pretty liberalThis is exactly like the alt-right calling each other alphas and everyone else betas.
Shut the **** up.Australia is a nation of alphas. Kohli is alpha. What happens when 2 alpha dogs are in the same pack? They fight.
Depends where you are. You're in Melbourne which is the most liberal place in the country. Go up to the cape and people are voting for people's like Bob Katter.Australia is pretty liberal
yes quite a few ****y indian supporters and some fatalistic aussie supportes are definitely acting like that on here...statements like will pujara be the 1st visiting batsman to score 3 centuries in 3 wins in a series (when this test is just a day old) indicate just that...i am just reacting to what i thought were very premature comments, not looking to win an argument...if you don't think so, that's fine...Literally no one is acting like that.
