You ****s a re too slow. They've named 12 apparently:

KL Rahul, Murali Vijay, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli (c), Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma, Hanuma Vihari, Rishabh Pant (wk), Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah, Ishant Sharma

I don't know much about Vihari or whether he or Rohit Sharma is likely to play, but I am relieved to see Kuldeep Yadav left out. I'd have thought Bhuvi Kumar might have played as well, but I can't really knock the pacers they've picked.

Starc at this rate.
Hmm, but we're not allowed to get mad. Elite patriotism and all of that.

I hope India sledges the **** out of this squad to the point where we just drop this whole shambolic facade of change we've thrown up.

Can't believe we're leaving out Bhuvi again. Ridiculous.

Bowling attack all but confirmed, just a toss up between Rohit and Hanuman for number 6. I'd go Hanuman. He can bowl a bit too and we're definitely going to need a fifth bowler.

I'd have played Ashwin+Jadeja and 3 quicks tbh. Not sure Kuldeep will go all that well, and this Aus batting lineup is prone to implosion. Disciplined accurate bowling may just be enough

Eh I'm a bhuvi fan boy but leaving him out in Australia isn't really a terrible decision. The other pacers picked over him have been very good recently too.

Had to reshuffle my DreamEleven team to accommodate the exclusion of Mitch Marsh. No choice but to pick Ashwin as the AR. Would have preferred if Vihari was given as an AR option.

I'll be shocked if Vihari managed even a 50+ score all tour. That fifty he got in England was one of the jammiest I've seen in ages and it somehow seems to have sealed his spot in the team. Feel much more confident that Rohit will get runs (ie) not very confident.

True it's not as bad now as when he's been left out in the past, but I thought the lesson we've learnt is that you never drop Bhuvi from the Test team. He's the most reliable of all our quicks, he's incredible with the new ball, he scores valuable runs with the bat.

All four of our current bowlers are prone to going missing for a session and going at 3+ rpo whilst being ineffective. Three are proper tailenders. We'll be relying on Ishant to build pressure on his own and Ashwin to score those lower order runs. Bhuvi in the bowling attack would have added quite a bit of value IMO

Bhuvi declined from Grace but I just found out in last 71 years India won 5 tests in Australia

So India will play test away from India with 4 specialist
Bowlers only, something new Virat not liked but he has no choice
