Add to it a heavy dose of Bollywood movies, and it's really cheap.
Two and a bit years of studying Bollywood in College and University is all I can take I think. If I have to watch another film with that sleaze ball Shahrukh Khan (a guy who has all the tact and grace of a second hand car salesman), I think I will have to kill myself.

Credit to the guy he did make Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai watchable thanks to his amateurish but completely hilarious acting, could give Billy Drago a run for his money as the biggest ham in cinema.

If this guy blew you away, you should come check out the rest in Bollywood these days. It gets a lot worse, trust me.

I bet it does though thankfully the only Indian cinema I will be watching anytime soon, will be the films made by Satyajit Ray.

yeah ddlj was fun, kkhh not so much....by his own over-the-top standards he has given fairly restrained performances in swades and paheli....pretty decent and well-made movies by bollywood standards.....but yeah you are right, he overacts so much in most of his movies and his roles are so stereotyped that it is pathetic....but then you probably haven't seen enough of bollywood to know that there are several other "actors" over there who would make even shahrukh look like a pacino or a deniro.....but enough of bollywood, back to cricket.....:)

goooood idea....also worth watching some of the earlier films of mrinal sen, movies of aparna sen, govind nihalani, if possible watch some malayalam classics by aravindan and adoor gopalakrishnan and padmarajan(with subtitles if you have difficulty with the regional language).....

hopefully that should be an another indian classic...it's gonna be tough...pakistan is looking for some payback for the 4-1 drubbing and they are in really good form as well....pakistan are at a much higher level compared to england in one dayers and indians are going to have to raise their level of play...let's hope they do....:)

I expect India to win the match easily, would be another thrashing for Paks.

India are on top of the game and Pak batting line has been struggling.Pathan and Santh will be too hot to handle for Paks, while as far as Pak bowling is concerned, they are dependent on just one man, a rookie in Asif.

2-0 would be a sweet result.:)

Certainly is. Just saying that if you were disappointed with SRK, there are plenty worse actors. Actually, the SRK of old was indeed a bunch of rubbish .. overdramatic, annoying, trying to be romantic but often acting corny and gay, with the same look on his face in nearly every scene. Recently though, with Veer Zaara, Swades and all, he's started doing some more meaningful roles to show that he has a little versatility. Amir Khan is still miles ahead. :)
I'm not just saying that because he did a movie with 2 hours of exciting cricket in it.

Anyways, back to cricket!

Why is everyone talking about SRK ??(i can't stand him anyway)

These onedayers are pointless but still are a bit interesting.

I think Kaif should be dropped and Raina should play in his place.Sehwag is totally out of form but he should be persisited as he has a great chance of comming back to his form by playing against Pakistanis....LOL!

I really don't want to enter a discussion on bollywood since I have very limited knowledge about it. Except, some of the recent movies I've seen have seemed quite good - Black, Rang de basant, Zindaa...
