Yep. Drop Ishant. He should not play our next Test series, at all. Regardless of injuries, he cannot play! Sreesanth can have one more series, the series against West Indies. I do believe he will be inconsistent but produce one good spell to keep him in the side. I just hope he doesn't let us down if and when he goes to England.

Our FC system has far better fast bowlers than Undankat or Yadav. It was just the selectors trying out random youngsters in the stupid hope of finding a prodigy.

Really exciting squad. Big test for Smith's captaincy, never had an attacking spinner before. Hope Faf and Imran pass the test and get into the WC 15. Hard to see both Morne and Steyn in the same side if Tahir gets a gig. Don't think Botha will get the axe and Lopsy has performed well in subcontinent like conditions. Still no death bowler with the omission of Langeveldt and Rusty which is a big worry.

He was bowling a ****ty line which allowed the right handers to leave or pad almost every delivery. Would be a good line if India was going for the win but he honestly never looked like getting any wickets with that mentality.

Seriously, what was Smith thinking giving him 26 overs with Sachin just patting the ball back harmlessly at him? Lopsy should have bowled much more than he did. Not that I'm complaining.

Yeah, agree with Jono and Teja - I don't particularly rate Mithun, though.

Yeah, he was reasonably accurate in the SL series and wouldn't have done too badly here. Although I think Munaf would have been a better choice.

I understand why it's ironic. I was just putting out he field he should have had for his two guns.
