Sorry I knew that was worded harshly and rude. I went to edit the post but then saw Manee's post about Mithun and replied and then forgot to edit it.

No worries, for us simple folk in Sydney it takes a couple times hearing before it sinks in.

Were you in the Sydney CBD today? Barmy Army were everywhere. I went to 3 different pubs and they were singing in all 3.

I don't think Mithun is anything special, but he'd have bowled better than Ishant did in SA.
Yes, probably, but that isn't saying much...

It is bizarre, since he was picked for his speed - but he seems to be quite an aggressive bowler whose main weapon is his bouncer or incoming delivery and I just think that he is a bit slow at 130kph to succeed at Test level with such a plan.

What pubs were they? Did they have an official Sydney BA pub again?

I was working in Darlinghurst. Refused service to a pom sporting an Ashes 2010/2011 shirt for a few scary moments in an attempt to help his liver

India fans will be delighted to here that WTF_Ben has chipped in with a comment regarding Virender Sehwag:

@AussieIcon91 Sehwag's average outside the subcontient has dropped below 40. Flat Track Bully. Hayden > Sehwag.
More flawless logic from our favourite Australian. Just thought I'd share it. I'm getting spammed to **** on Twitter, so thought I'd object you lot to his drivel as well.

Serves you right for having a Twitter account in the first place, TBH.

You can, but I enjoy reading his drivel. It can get annoying if he's feeling in a particularly anti-English mood, but strangely enough, he's not been too chirpy about England recently.

 I guess so.

Twitter worth it just to read Swanneh's tweets.
Twitter also worth it to follow dudes that are obsessed by Pornstars, and in their head are in a relationship with them, constantly buying them **** from Amazon Wishlist and telling them how amazing they are. Twitter is brilliant, allows you to get into the crazy minds of people you'd otherwise never meet, or never really want to meet; Ben being a prime example of this.

Twitter is fantastic. Follow a lot of columnists and journalists who link to great and interesting articles, cricket and in general society, politics and culture. It's impossible to read all the awesome stuff on the internet. Twitter just gives you a helping hand.

Sure there's crap on it, but there's crap on CW as well.

Agreed, I've read some amazing articles, and watched some fascinating documentaries I've been linked to via Twitter. If you crawl past the crap, and the Z List celebrities trying to sell their latest piece of **** product, there are some fascinating people on there.

It was pretty dire when I ventured in about 18 months ago. Will make an account again now maybe.
