This was probably, Harbhajan's first bad game in a while. No point dropping him.
Agarkar also didn't do too badly. If you think Pathan's batting will get you lots of runs in these conditions, you are mistaken. Even then, agree that Kumble could be brought in for some one. But the real problem is the batting, not so much the bowling. Chasing around 250 isn't impossible you know. or even scoring 100..has been done before.

India are playing some pretty crap cricket to be honest. Tendulkar played below par, and the only good batter looked to be Dravid before he got out. Kallis, what can you say.

Harbhajan doesn't deserve to be dropped, but Kumble should definitely be playing on these wickets and we're clearly not going to play two spinners.
As for Pathan, he should be there because of his swing bowling; the batting is a minor bonus.
Batting is the problem, but we don't have any solutions right now. All we can do is bring back Sehwag and play Raina & Mongia again and hope they do well.

Damn I still can't decide whether I should watch the Ashes or not. 32 dollars isn't too bad, but I'm afraid the series will be too one-sided.
