That was such a good shot by Rahul off Harris' bowling. Can't help but think the senior Indian batsman have seen this type spin bowling on these tracks far too often to be too troubled.

Well done to Harris on his first wicket. Karthik unlucky, but he`d had his fair share of luck.

Why would you give a chance for an Indian batsman to play off his pads?
Haha you act as if he bowled it there on purpose. Even you and I try to bowl on off-stump; the reason we're not playing for India is because we can't do that with any sort of consistency. People keep saying "keep it on the off", etc ... it's not like every single bowler doesn't try. :)

Harris might have a chance if the Indians think the guy is going to spin the ball and play for the spin. The Sri Lankan’s were done by Daniel Vettori recently when they kept playing for the spin and to their dismay he didn‘t turn one ball. Also Pakistan have committed the same mistake on countless occasions most recently against Michael Yardy.

Right, but that was just a powder puff delivery. I mean thats the worst place to bowl to an Indian batsman. Right on his pads where they can just flick it with a wrist.

Shameless spinners who get wickets because batsmen overrate them? That's sad.

Good positive start by Dravid, probably tells you everything you need to know about the wicket and the legside trite Dale Steyn is serving up.

Indians know how to play spin buddy. Laxman would love Harris

I have been a backer of Jaffer since ages even before he played a test. So this feels great.

Super stuff Jaffer.. :)

Actually, batsmen frequently (to this day) play Kumble for turn and get decieved by the lack thereof. Kumble went through a slump in the middle of his career when people started to play him as a medium pacer...but he now turns it slightly more, but also uses more variations so you can't play him as a straight on bowler.

Short, Pulled, but only a single, straight to the fielder this time, but he is looking really good. That shot for a single was a really confident shot.

Yeah I know, I was just being random. Never imagined you, of all people, would have a problem with insulting spinners. :-O
