Are you going to be watching it?

So much Cricket man these days. Got up at 3 am to watch SL NZ, then went to sleep at lunch and got up at 8 to watch Ashes...now gonna watch the whole day of this match and go to sleep until 3 am again. Apart from these three test match theres Pak Wi tomm also. Tough watching all three.
LOL I wish I didn't have to pay for watching all this cricket. I got 3 hours of sleep yesterday before my math final, sneaked in an hour when I came back home a few hours ago and I'm recharged for another night of non-stop cricket. Should be awesome! :p

India have dropped from $6.50 to $6 to win the test on Bet365.

SA firm favourites going at $1.50 and the draw at $3.50.

I used to do this every year around this time during my school/college days.

Shouldn't be too long of a wait, forecast in Jo'burg is pretty good, thunder storms at night and over the weekend however. Both captains are more than likely to want a bowl first now, get as much juice out of the wicket as possible.

"Early news coming in is that the pitch was not covered adequately and there are some damp spots on it. The groundstaff are working hard to dry out these starts."

Yup not too long. Inspection in 20 mins, and ground staff are working hard on it so we should start soon

I fear if India bat first on this :(
Flip side of it is the possibility of making some easy money. I'll for one wouldn't mind seeing Jaffer and Sehwag open up on a dampish or cold wicket.

So what's the progress on this? I'm watching the Ashes and don't want to change the channel to hear them talk.

Ground staff are currently cutting the grass on the wicket, seems like the groundsman was doing something a little bit silly last night and left a wet mat on the surface for fears of the pitch cracking over the course of the game.

Ian Ward on Sky Sports is saying that start of the play will not happen to at least 10.00am GMT. So another hour and twenty minutes. :@
