Rassie Van Der Dussen, Bavuma and Keegan Petersen have the same problem constructing an innings. It gets exposed time and time again. Yeah you're batting for your life but surely the bad balls have to be put away?

Don't agree with Petersen, has a slight technical flaw where he is not always well balanced and pushes forward in that position. Getting exposed at this level. Bavuma and VDD, yes.

elgar cannot use it again. only at the start of the innings. kohli might have the option but he'll not do it even if the option is available
