I think Pakistan hasnt lost an ODI in Lahore since 1999...17 consective games.. Not sure about this info tho.

What happened to Hemang Badani? What does "can't make it on time" mean?

That bowling looks awfully threadbare to me...scary that that is the best we can muster....no point crying over what we can't have, I guess....I will reiterate my point....flat lifeless pitches notwithstanding, these bowlers need to justify that they are as valuable as the batsmen in the team and deserve their salaries....:!(

One bowler in five or six performing in each match just doesn't cut it at this level....and expecting the batsmen to bail you out each time....it just won't happen always.....

I wouldn't mind bring Patel back either. Our bowling can't get any worse if we sacrifice another bowler per say Zaheer.

I just wish H. Singh was injurury free. He'd definently would have made a difference to the Indian bowling attack.

Inzi won the toss again and has asked India to bat first, i beleieve its another mistake by Inzi.Indian batters will roast Pak bowlers today and the set target would be very difficult to chase by Pak, especially since Pak is playing with just 4 specialist batsmen!

and akhtar dint say that he had nightmares .....he said that he could not sleep waiting for the series to start.....so that he could take his revenge......and the man has 5 wickets for 98 runs so far in the series.......he has been the best bowler y far in the series along with sami......
the pakistani batting has clicked in both matches and runs have come from different quarters.
tendulkar got half ur teams runs.....and still u couldnt get to the target.
face it man.....just like sunil gavaskar said...as far as the indian team is concerned ....they are a bunch of chokers....lead by the cry baby "ganguly."

India do choke but atleast they do get to the final where they flops, Pak on the other hand just don't progress beyound the first round!!

In this series it wasn't Akhter but Nehra who has been the best bowler so far.The kids from Karachi would probably heads towards UWA, thats where 90 percent of Pak bowlers go to legalize their action.

Today not only Indian batting is bette than Pak but also is bowling is better.When was the last time Pak had a decent spinner?? Looks like after Saqlain's decline, people accross the border have stop taking interest in spin.

Well Dravid and Ganguly are batting, and Yuvraj & Kaif are still to come, so there is still some batting left.

I think in this game Dravid will come good, how Ganguly fares remains to be seen.

Shabbir got all three key wickets, i guess he's not as bad a pacer as was claimed by Ajagarkar

its amusing to see how many so called experts over here with hundereds of post get things wrong. where r the people now who said india is gonna win 4-1.

and nehra is overnight one of the best bowler from india and same people wanted him out of team.read my posts from vb series final where i said he dint do that bad getting 27 runs in first 7 overs and batting good, only thing he fielded bad so does ganguly.

Ok, i agree, i will wait till the match finishes off. I still do think that if Indian batsmen have struggled then Pak batters would struggle too. But i won't say much, except that i expected the wicket to be similar to the ones we had seen in Kar and Rawalpindi, but this one actually surprised me.

If ever there's a time for Ganguly to get back into form, its right now. Him and Dravid have had mammoth partnerships before (WC 1999 vs. Sri Lanka) so they can get India back with Yuvraj to come hitting at the end. This is wishful thinking but it may come true. Come on boys, lift.
