If there’s someone who could do better then fire him, and if not then keep him. You can make a fair enough case either way but saying ‘let’s leave our judgement entirely up to whether or not he scrapes top four on goal difference’ is just stupid.

Funnily enough I think this might make it less likely, if anything. Arsenal would have us over a barrel and demand way more money than Txixi and Soriano are willing to pay. Wenger is bitter enough about City to let it stay the way it is as well, IMO.

KDB seems to be ok, he might miss a game at most. Jesus is likely to miss a longer period with Guardiola stating theyll be looking for cover. A player or two will help, plus it helps Aguero out too so he doesnt have to play as much as he would if Jesus was out for a month. City have plenty of cover and a great squad, theyll be fine in the CL.

And without sounding too ****y, they are only playing Basel next and should get through pretty easily.
