I'm not sure it is. Because he's so successful there's a tendency to attribute everything he does to some kind of masterplan. I think he just wins because his tactical and motivation skills are miles ahead of everyone else's. The fact that he also talks **** in press conferences is incidental. They're not "mind games", he's just naturally a prick.
