You wonder how anyone can possibly keep their job after this but I've thought that after so many games this season. Has there ever been a coffin with so many nails in it?

He'll get yet another three games to save his job, find a way to not lose all three (and maybe even win one or two) and he'll be safe for another few months.

Yeah I think its more of a case Woodward does not want to admit he made a mistake by persisting with him that is keeping him in a job. You'd be brave to back them to beat West Ham in the weekend though and then the return leg and a trip to City, could be a bleak few weeks really.

Think people are over estimating the difference Carrick made at half time, yeah they were not as dire, but did they actually create a chance ?(I don't know as I had to leave my house at 80 minutes!)
