We had this discussion earlier on in the season. As if it is unarguable that they are all better. Many, many, many fans and pundits alike would argue exactly that.

**** outta here. He regularly is voted in them - while he's been playing. He'll get that super-sweet glowie praise on retirement and it'll be the end of the discussion.

Anyway, hoping Chelsea beat United tonight, usually all results would be good.

Facts? You mean like PFA/FWA POTY and TOTY nominations? Where Gerrard far surpasses those names? Like, Scholes, who never won one and only got into the TOTY 2 times across 20 seasons? He's better objectively?

Stoke keeping Southampton at bay and I'm glad Leicester won. I really like the way they play, would much rather they stay up.

Wow, is that really the basis of your arguments? Guess you kind of forget how Ronaldo dominated those lists for 4 years, and won the Ballon d'or too.

I know we'll never completely agree, but claiming Gerrards better than any Utd player during his time is comical. Actually its rather pitiful. It'd be like me trying to claim Mark Hughes was the best striker of the 80's

We were playing OK but the way the game was set up Chelsea were always going to have the better chances. Creating very little and only a matter of time before we made a mistake passing the ball out from the back.
