Imagine how much the media would be waxing lyrical if the top three all dropped points two weeks in a row with the title in their grasp.

All the talk for years about how the big teams win too easily and then suddenly none of them can win a game.

Was really conflicted there, want Atletico to win the league but really wanted it to go the last weekend.

Cracking title race tbf. Three bona fide contenders and pretenders in the mix until Feb/March have made for one of the better seasons.
It was but with the way the season's been so far the final day was such an anti-climax.

Atleti :(

Too many similarities between Atleti and Liverpool for my liking. Hope Courtois' Gerrard moment today isn't fatal.

Just need to not lose, don't they. Going to be a cracker.

Toon end the season in fittingly embarrassing style.

Followed by Liverpool making a bid for Lallana, such a shame that this Southampton team is going to be dismantled over the summer.

£27m for a teenage fullback who's got only two seasons under his belt is nonsense. Even when you take into account that the price will be inflated because Shaw's English this reported fee is well over the odds.

It won't actually be £27m cash. Southampton will get ****ed over like they do whenever they sell a young player, and it'll be £5-10m + ludicrous clauses, especially when you consider that it's United that are doing the buying, so it won't end up costing them a lot if he does flop.
