Think the police saying publically that the celeb "caused the opposition fans to be aggravated" meant the FA had to be seen to do something about it, rightly or wrongly.

Michael Owen made the right choice in going to Man U. Don't think a Stoke or Hull could justify starting him every week. What a shower of ****e he has become. Man U tried to play the plumb balls over the top and balls through the middle but he no longer has the pace. They even went direct to him but first touch made that impossible to work.
Great atmosphere from the Turks, shame that passion was wasted on such a poor side.

Not like violent conduct it wasn't no.
I'm not sure what he would've been officially cautioned for but imagine it'll have been for unsporting behaviour (or even delaying the restart), but whatever the caution was for, it still leaves him open to the charge for improper conduct.
