It's not that many this year I think is it?

And some players like Huth will count I think (if he's still there of course)

Brentford continue to sell their entire squad, the excellent defender Turner the lastest to go.

If it means they can keep the likes of Pennant then Bruce will lead them to the Championship title with something to spare I expect.

Not sure if this is the right thread, but will Ronaldo have a career at Man Utd. to go back to? I can't imagine for one minute Rooney shaking his hand..

If people remember the reaction to Beckham in 1998/99 then multiply it by 10 - that's what the sultan of the stepover will face.

How many do they need?
Two club trianed (could be of any nationality of course), and three 'home grown' players (trained by any club in England, say if Chelsea buy Fabregas then he will count as 'home grown' for Chelsea, but 'club' trained for Arsenal and of course any nationality by accordance of EU regulations).

This gradually increase from 3 club trained and it increases more for home grown players (not sure on the amount), for the season after that, and then it gradually increases.

It suits Liverpool and Man U for example as they qualify easily (United have Scholes, Neville, Giggs, Bardsley and a few others). I'm not sure about Reiran Richardson.

Or Barcelona qualify easily as the likes of Xavi, Puyol, Oleguer, Valdes, their reserve goal keeper, Iniesta etc. as club trained, while Samuel Eto'o will count as home grown since Real Madrid snapped him up at a very young age, before loaning him out to other Spanish clubs, and then being careless enough to allow him to go to Barcelona. Real Madrid's president's are fools aren't they?

I've heard those two have kissed (well I hope not) and made up and have put their diferences aside?

If United to sell Ronaldo, who do they buy instead to replace him? Unless they are looking for the outcome of Milan and Juventus to see what divison they are going to be in.

The reaction Ronaldo got on Wendesday night - when he goes to Anfield, Highbury, City of Manchester, will be so so much worse

Not that anyone will be going to highbury

“We’re in the World Cup Final. Don’t forget that a few years ago, Fabio Grosso, Gattuso and I were playing in dirt.”
That’s a bit harsh on Everton, Marco Materazzi. No, actually, it’s not

Somewhat amusing that the CDMs are offloading another Englishman...

Wonder if anyone will ever get to see Walcott this coming season in the Premiership, I'd be surprised if he'll have any time left for football after all the French lessons he'll be taking.

I think Campbell has had enough.

Looks like Cristiano doesn't want to comeback...
