I was thinking about Tomas Rosicky, would he be likely to play behind Henry, in the same role Ljungberg/Reyes/Pires/van Persie did last season?

Sort of:

-------------------- Ljungberg - Fabregas - Gilberto - van Persie -------------------------------

---------------------------------- Roscicky ------------------------------

------------------------------------------- Henry ----------------------------------

Gallas would be a great signing for Arsenal but from all reports including William’s agent, his heart is set on a move to Spain. Though it will be hard to secure a deal now considering both Barcelona and Real have strengthened their defence in the summer but if Madrid can dispose of Woodgate, than the Gallas move could be on.
I think he will be a Rossanaro soon enough.

must say, despite the idea of him moving to arsenal being a fantastic one, a move elsewhere still strikes me as being more likely, although the fact that a move to spain could have dissapeared strengthens arsenals chances, although i wouldnt be surprised if he was still running out for chelsea next year.

wenger said he was signed as a direct replacement for pires, if that is the case then probably he will operate between the left side of midfield and as you have suggsted behind Henry, switcing around with ljungberg and van persie, or reyes or whoever else is playing, a debut for walcott this evening anyone?

maybe a cameo appearance, be in the squad no doubt, but whether or not he makes an appearance remains to be seen, hopefully, be nice to see him given a run out.

Sol Campbell must have been pretty bad at geography at school. He said after he left Arsenal he wants a challenge abroad. Then ends up at Pompey.

Nice of ITV to take off one of the rare decent programs they show all year to have a load of overpaid, diving, cheating mercenaries who have no relevance to Britain play out a tedious and crappy qualifier game against some other rubbish side of no relevance to Britain.

considering arsenals defence was extremely thread bare i thought they did a very good job, however, the fact that reyes has been left out looks like his move away is certainly on the cards.

Yah and I just log onto soccernet.com and find that Arsene Wenger has said he is not for sale, which means he is for sale.

While Mourinho has told Arsenal to make up their minds regarding the situation of Ashley Cole>
