Not sure where Coventry have suddenly found £1m from, but methinks Adams will now be under a lot of pressure.

19th July - Derby County vs Mansfield Town pre-season friendly....

Think we'll know who'll win that one ;)

(This mostly for the attention of the two Derby fans i know are about :))

I believe Fulop said he wanted to stay, is that going to happen or what?

Doesn't matter - it's a friendly. By definition the only friendly that matters is against Florist - because it's not a friendly if you see what I mean.

Fancy a meet up for a pie and pint?

I dunno - Spurs wanted a million for him, so I kind of assumed there was no chance of that - but since we've just spent a million on centre back (when we already have Page, Williams, and Heath, before signing Bischoff) - suggests to me that there's a fair bit available - but I don't know where it's come from!

My funds are going to be at an all time low after going to Salzburg for a week, followed by three gigs in three days at the start of July - so i severely doubt i'll be able to go. :(

haha, strange really Crouch has been fairly good over the past season, for England sake hopefully he can remain an honest & consistent performer.

Tom Halsey

International Coach
Crouch is a perfectly good club player if you ask me (good enough for Liverpool's needs anyway IMO), even if he isn't international class.

He is an insidious little ratbag who will eat away at dressing-room morale like a cancer.

If he was a puppy he would join a brick and say hello to the battom of a canal in an old sack before he poisoned the rest of the litter.

Met Craig Bellamy at an airport once, really really nice guy, quiet but he was very passionate and knowledgeable about his game, a total contrast to the stuff you read about him in the paper.

His a Liverpool supporter as well so maybe that will bold well for him and from all reports he was a positive not negative effect in the Blackburn dressing room. Hopefully Bellamy has matured since the enfant terrible days at Newcastle because he is one hell of a talent.

he may be charming etc...but the reality is hes a dirty little **** who has questionable (at best) morals and behaves like a right toss bag.
