I know,i am brilliant. No need to massage the ego Grecian.

Was an easy one to predict though as our opening days have followed the same pattern all season.

Is Darren Stevens finally fulfilling the potential that has always been there?

Having a brilliant season and mainly doing it with the tail in a fairly ordinary side and his masterblaster innings today may well have won the game against Durham. Then again they blew it last week against them so you can take nothing for granted.

Don't do yourself down mate

Quite a lot but not as many as it should have been with the top order still there would have been the easy prediction - to get it bang on is astonishing

Don't think too much about the price the bookies would have given you when you made it though

Hmm, looking at some of the guys playing for the unicorns, one of them is Chris Brown (comes from Oldham, he's in his mid 30's, im not sure what the point of this unicorns side is but having players like him surely isn't the purpose.

In any case, was looking at some of his previous games, and he played some FC cricket in SL for some reason..anyone looking at his scorecard from his last game..interesting method of Udawatte's dismissal in the second innings

Badureliya Sports Club v Chilaw Marians Cricket Club at Katunayake, Feb 5-7, 2006 | Cricket Scorecard | Cricinfo.com
Haha, I had a few frosties with him in SL.

He was sent over there by the ECB to gather information on how the subcontinent teach their spinners bowling techniques and the difference between them and the English, also on how they are taught/naturally play spin.

How much longer are Durham going to stick with Borthwick at 3? He's been awful. Looking like they could end up losing this game too. Still 140 runs behind with just 7 wickets left. They really need Di Venuto, Breese and Stokes to get a few.

Ah well Yorkshire go slow again and don't even get the 4th batting point.:@

Simply have to win this match now or the safety first method they are using this season is totally flawed.

Hahah, Essex were 297-6 after 107.4 overs. They then proceeded to reach 299-9 after 110 overs  losing 2 wickets in the last 3 balls of the 110th over to give us the final bowling bonus point from the last delivery

Hildreth in epic form so far this season, 561 @ 70 in FC with 3 tons and two fifties and 270 @ 135 in OD's with 1 ton and two fifties.

The Essex one is as much use as the Yorkshire batting.

Durham facing an innings defeat.76-4 still 123 behind and Stokes has hurt his ankle so hasn't batted yet. Will he bother?

Good effort to get Yorkshire out for 415 in the end considering the state of the Rose Bowl pitch in recent times and the fact we are playing with an almost entierly second string attack. Kabir back soon apparently and Simon Jones played for the second XI the other day, not sure about Dimi thought he would be back by now.

Trademark performance from Donkey Panesar against Worcester. When you need someone to break a partnership he'll just continue plodding away doing nothing. To think this guy kept Swann out of the side for so long.
