1.In Mr Clarke's world you buy an ailing business completely overhaul it and change it beyond recognition and then flog it for 100 times what you paid for it eg Majestic Wine and Petstore - he is very good at it so the plan here is pile the 20/20 high and watch it fly off the shelves and if there is still a market for proper cricket let some specialist provider have a little dabble on his own as Mr Clarke's business doesn't need it.
2.Assassination is the only effective answer I can think of

Don't know if anyone is interested but 2moro here in Manchester is the semi-finals of our Inter-school competitions:
1st Semi: Manchester Grammar (my school & defending champs) vs Crompton House
2nd Semi: Lancaster RGS (beaten finalist last year) vs Rainford HS/Saint Francis Xavier HS
This year hasn't been as competitive as last year given most schools & parents have prevented 2nd year 6th formers from playing given exams. But potentially the biggest rivalry in school cricket in Lancaster between MGS & LRGS is on again...

He was just middling everything, just hitting length balls out of the park, he uses a 3lb bat and he just swang it as hard as he could and connected. Never seen anything like it in my life.
