Hopefully today will have cleared the rain otherwise i'll just be in the pub all day on thursday instead of watching the test!

Amen to that - 2 trips to Manchester for no Cricket in 2 months would be very annoying indeed.

Of course, larges amounts of Red Stripe would dull the pain somewhat!

You should have(as I allways advise) put everything you own on Leics :)
Aye, but I can't go against the mighty Lancashire. Anyway, I think you might be a touch biased, and betting on a team just because you follow them is like crossing the road blindfolded.

Mighty - my **** - they're getting smashed by Surrey at the moment! 209 - 9 although it's much better than 71 - 5.

Middlesex are 35 - 2 in their response to Sussex's 314...we need Sussex to beat Middlesex now...

The Bears - come on YOUUUU BEARS - are 173 - 3. Bell is on 86, Trott on 50 - a good fightback by the future England internationals...need to beat Kent.

Northants - 194 - 2. The "Great" Kabir Ali 1 - 50 going at a wonderful 3.85.

In Division Two now....

Hampshire are 163 - 3 with Rob Croft taking 2 - 24 and Brown 85*.

Notts are 166 - 3. Gallian made 66 and Cleary has taken 2 - 35. Rob Warren is also 51*.

And on a side note - England U19s are giving Bangladesh a hammering. Currently 254 - 5 with Hildreth making 120* and Davies 52*. A shaky start of 142 - 5 is now looking rather impressive. Only 20 runs behind now...

This concludes today's 15:46 County and other crap matches round-up...don't expect more from me tomorrow because I will be getting soaked at Old Trafford...LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL

Bell is on 95...get ready for a mad clapping session!

Hildreth impresses again...and unlike the other young english batsmen who are hyped this one is actually scoring runs to go with it.
Also a nice 40 for Davis...Worcestershires most promising youngster since Solanki / Hick apparently.

6 tons this season for Bell.
I know its hard on Key as he;s the top scorer and probably deserves it but i just feel the sooner Bell is in the england team the better! I just hope he doesnt get knocked back even more when Pieterson comes avaliable.

Its really horrible seeing Hildreth smack runs.. I played against him at school, and now he is hitting 200's for England.. It makes me feel so bloody unfulfilled, and my ex girlfriend fancies him... What a nobhead...

Bell may turn out to be the best player never to play for England...Pietersen should come in for Thorpe...Bell for Key...and there is your top order - providing they are good enough!
