*Official* England in West Indies

Almost like they are playing in Guyana, the wicket is so slow. The surface last year used against Aus was a top test wicket this is ****e. The ball that got Strauss hardly carried to the keeper.

Great the ball's spinning miles and Panesar's got his favourite bunny opposition.

Yep the selectors today have consigned England to absolute mediocrity for the next few months at the very least.

With the early spin evident on this pitch, Amit Jaggernauth must be in tears right now. If he plays in this series, what are the odds he gets the call for a pitch that doesn't spin? Conspiracy. Called it.

Already happened with Swann & Panesar.

Good wicket for both sets of supporters there.

Good catch. Gayle > Benn.

Bye bye Bell.
When Gayle came on I told my housemate it was our best spinner coming on to bowl. He laughed. 11 balls later- bang.

But credit where due. Benn has bowled pretty decently in this innings so far. Since a rubbish first over, at least.

The idea of England's batting without Pietersen gets more terrifying with every test.

Just bowled a beaut to KP. Should be fun and games on days 4 and 5.

Now scale that terror up to understand the Chanderpaul-West Indies situation.

Safe to say England would be all out by now if any of Jaggernauth, Mohammed, Miller, Brown, Bishoo had played.
