Been in France since Friday morning, obviously no cricket news there, only what I can pick up in the Guardian international edition. Sounds like KP went ballistic again, if I was a Bangladeshi player I'd be running for cover by now if Freddie's fit (don't know what the chances of that are though).
Here's my two cents on England's best team:
1. Trescothick
2. Strauss
3. Vaughan
4. Pietersen
5. Flintoff
6. Collingwood
7. G Jones (wk)
8. Giles
9. Ali
10. Gough
11. Harmison
Comments - Harmy should only be there if he can sort his brain out, Jones is worth persevering with (remember how cr*p Harmy was to begin with? some players have a little extra which isn't always apparent at first), although I don't think he's an opener, Solanki has had all the chances he deserves, Bell hasn't had enough (his bowling is ridiculously underrated - an average of 3.00 don't you know
), Kabir Ali has a bright future IMHO, Goughie's still got it, Strauss doesn't like no4, if Vaughan wasn't captain he'd have been dropped ages ago.
There we are, 6 days of cricket views aired at once, I feel a lot better!
