We really need to start getting going soon imo, before the required rate becomes too large, particularly Root, he's been in long enough now.

Yeah but I can see them trying to force the pace vs. Duminy if the RRR get to 6.8 or something, and getting out with the ball holding up.

No doubt its a slow pitch but I think they win if they keep wickets in hand. When you're in its okay to score off - as de Kock, AB and Duminy were showing.

I think its hard to pull the short ball on this pitch though.

I love that most South Africa grounds aren't just massive stadium style grounds, but often have grassy embankments somewhere around the ground, adds a lot imo.

Yeah love the band and this atmosphere. Looks quite a nice diverse crowd as well, is this normal for St George's park ?
