After a nervy period getting in now they're taking singles all the time as they should. Key partnership forming, you could see it happening with De Villiers and Du Plessis in the first innings. Tahir's job to break it, but he hasn't got a slip in like Rashid had.

I guess De Kock was just thrilled/surprised that he actually hung on to one for a change.

I've still got Eng 60-40 here. Imran hasn't bowled well, and Eng bat deeper than Saffers. It is all about them not panicking against Duminy and Behardien and they win this.

They can take a bit of time given the strength of middle/lower order
Yeah but it's not going to get easier, and say these two keep going at 4 an over until 25 and we lose them both quickly, we then have to rebuild and go at 6, which Evenlode so far has struggled to do over any period of time, and it becomes a lot harder

agree with the commentators, it is better when we have a variety of pitches. This is a welcome change, and has made the match very interesting with a lot of debates as to what is a good enough score. Love it.

England seem to be in no hurry, must be pretty confident of their ability to accelerate later on.

You usually want to at least stay around the RR though, especially when you aren't losing any wickets.
