That's looking at only one side of picture. Fact is talent is dried up right now in Pakistan. There is dearth of Pacers who can bowl over 140k consistently in domestic cricket nor there are any Spinners left worth mentioning.
They have struggled in recent U19 WC's for a reason.
The decline started due to Imran forcibly revamping domestic structure & shutting down departmental cricket which used to be major sources of talent production.
