I think you've got to lay some of the blame for this debacle on Fletcher, they were relying too much on 'well we've got Pietersen and Flintoff to come and if they spend anytime at the crease' blah blah. What if they don't spend too much time at the crease? who scores the runs then.

Kumble has bowled very very well.

Now, I just heard something like "inqilab zindabad" .. for God's sake people, we've been a free nation for nearly 60 years now.
They just can't help but do something amusing every 30 seconds.
FYI Inquilab Zindabad means 'Long Live Revolution' - May be it was about our fast bowlinjg revolution. ;)

This looks the type of pitch that if you arent looking to score you can pretty much stay there forever, but if you try and play your shots its just too slow and you end up having to force it too much.
Unfortunately for England we need to do the later :@

they just need to get the target upto 250 and above to make it really tough for india in the 4th innings.....with the 121 lead, they just need 130 or thereabouts in the 2nd innings to do that.....
I dont think 250 will be enough. Anyways lets see what target England are going to set us here.

This isn't a regular Mumbai wicket, so IMO the highest scores that have been scored in the past aren't as relevant as some of the commentators are saying.

TMS have, in the last five minutes, have compared Kumble to both a giant spider and an octopus in taking that catch.

Perhaps the ICC should stop thinking about controlling the quality of pitches and start concerning themselves with the alarming number of giant eight-legged arachnids in Test cricket. :D

Lol, the catch was far from pretty. It wasn't a Jonty Rhodes or Paul Collingwood effort that's for sure, but the main thing is he caught it. Great effort by the old warrior. :D

I complete agree and I dont think Freddie is going to give us anything less than 350 in 100 overs.
