I haven't.

So according to you street cricket = first class cricket?
No, that's your argument.

You're the one that reckons playing street cricket and playing Test cricket has the same effect on the body.

Didn't get your first point.
Well how do these people play in 5 matches a week (or 10 since they all play 2 games a day) without a) a team to play against and b) some team-mates?

I have NEVER said that. You are meaning the same however when you accuse me of saying test cricket and street cricket are the same.

You have said that - but are now backtracking. Funny that since you've realised how ridiculous it sounds.

They weren't that critical in terms of the match though were they.
Yeah right England were 97/2 and KP was dropped atleast 3 times..most were sitters..obviously those were not critical.

Both exist. They wouldn't be able to do it otherwise.

I am not fabricating here. Read 'Making of a cricketer' which talks about Tendulkar's early years - a path followed by many a young cricketer.

I haven't. Show it to me then.

Funny how you can think what I am thinking. Maybe if you gave effort in understanding the point I made rather than fabricating, you would get close to understanding it.

Also interesting to note that when I explained to you with the Dean Headley example (even a second time) to show your logic is flawed, you stopped discussing regarding the same.

My logic is flawed?

You're the one who keeps trying to say playing street and school cricket does as much to the body as playing International cricket does.

And using a one-off example of a bowler is relevant how exactly?

That must rank with Richard's comments about the way he predicted Hick's early Test weaknesses despite the fact that he didn't start watching Cricket until about 5 years into Hick's Test career.
well i dont know about all that, but if you have seen a lot of Sehwag which i have since India were last here, you would have noticed that he has a weakness againts ball coming back into him.

I repeat. Show me where I said street cricket = test cricket.

I showed how your logic is flawed. The example necessarily shows the flaw in your logic regarding Tendulkar just because he has played a lot of years. Players have played more than him, players have played less than him and have had the impact on their bodies. It is not necessary that player x will start under performing just because he has played x number of years. I will give you two other examples from the other end of the spectrum - B.C.Lara, Inzamam ul Haq.

Now if you do not understand it, you are just feigning not to I am afraid.

Dravid 30 off 125 balls
Is there anyone better to bat out a draw in world cricket today? Kallis obviously comes to mind, but he'd be the only challenger one would think.

Better than Ganguly who would have been dismissed early
How did Ganguly come into this discussion ??

Btw I was not laughing @ Dravid's strike rate but at the frustration English bowlers must have been going through when bowling to the wall.  Please read my posts on Dravid in this thread before making stupid assumptions.

NO, there isn't. Please, please read above. I clearly said yesterday that Dravid is the only one who can save this test and he has been doing that.

Yeah yeah I know, I was just asking in general Sanz, as in putting the question to people in this thread. I knew you weren't having a go at Dravid, how can anyone have a go at him?
