Not a single English fan is awake and watching the game ?
To watch the game over here you need Sky TV, which is stupidly expensive. Hence very few English people would be able to watch the game, even if they were up.

As I type, Blackwell bowled. I'm beginning to think he's never going to get runs in an ODI.

Would you, given our performances over the last couple of years?
:) Sorry I was just kidding, you did miss KP's batting though. He batted wel before throwing his wicket in the end.

Well, he did hit a four and a six the two balls before ;), so I wouldn't go that far.
Exactly, he'd taken 10 runs from 2 balls, so why not push a single somewhere?

There's a reason for that ...

To be fair, he was on a bit of a hiding today, coming in with only a handful of overs to go. But he does need to make some runs in this series, I would have thought. He's been given a big opportunity this winter - 12 odi's on the trot, in all probability, so it's about time we saw something from him.

That's what I thought. You'd think he'd at least pass 30-odd at some point during those 12 games - he's now got five left in which to do so.

Jones smacks one to Gambhir on the boundary, 9 down with 4 balls to go.

Geraint Jones wants to make sure England don't bat out the innings.

I don't mind, it'll just bring Sreesanth's inflated average down a bit.

Probably because he reckoned he needed to make the most of Yuvraj, which isn't the worst thinking on earth. From what I've heard it was poorly executed rather than badly planned (ditto Delhi) although, tbf, I didn't see it. For all his fallibilities, he still seems to be the only one of our top 6 who regularly has a clue in this form of the game.
