Very good first over by Powar (I am thrilled he is in the side) but what a drop !!!!

It has to be one of the easiest catches one has ever seen dropped at any level of cricket. Amazing.

In his previous over, Bhajji beat Prior with a doosra and it hit him on the pads. Dhoni's gloves were at least 4-6 inches off the line of the ball.

This is where one can see the quality of Dhoni's keeping. The number of balls that come through are not that many and when a ball does more than expected but does not go to the keeper (getting an edge, a pad etc) that you can notice the keeper's movement and hand positioning to see how good a keeper he is.

Dhoni is definitely not a very good keeper standing up.

England have started slow but they have done very well by keeping all their wickets intact.

Well Dhoni is rather poor standing up to the spinners but he is quite an athletic keeper behind the stumps. Good enough for one-day cricket but not good enough for test cricket at the moment.
