Boycott - "The only similarity between Munaf Patel and Waqar Younis is that they both bowl with their right arm".
Was that in response to anything?

Pietersen hooks, Dean Jones "Lovely hook shot by Pieterson" ball trickles down to fine leg as Pietersen doesn't get hold of it. Jones shuts up

Shah playing with lots of confidence here. The positive thing about all these injuries is that they can discover some batting depth, something which England desperately needs imo.
The problem though is which 5 do they pick when all are available?

There's now conceivably 8 men, none of whom realistically deserve to be left out!

Must be some stupid Indian TV anchor asking whether Munaf reminded him of Waqar.

After Pathan equals Wasim this had to come.

Srinath - an intelligent bowler?

We are talking of Srinath Javagal, born 31st August 1969, bowled medium fast short pitched stuff for India, believed batsmen mistook him for Larwood and were shitting in their pants hoping he wouldnt bounce at them and if he was repeatedly pulled between backward square leg and mid off depending upon where the batsman's fancy took him, he looked disgusted at the skipper for not having the fielders in exactly the right places !

The same ??
Could we avoid swearing please Mr SJS, English is such a nice language without it. :)

Couldn't believe my ears when I woke up to hear Bell opened and Owais Shah was 30-odd not out and we were about 100/1. Lovin' it.

Cramp in the wrist sounds painful to be honest for Shah, hopefully he can recover and continue his innings.
