***Official*** England in India

The ball is reversing heaps. The key for India is, if they only have to chase a target of 150 or hopefully less (its looking that way at the moment but Freddy and Harmy could pull something  ) they need to get as many runs as possible from the new ball before England can get the ball to reverse.

i gotta admit, munaf maybe a bit full with the new ball, BUT with the old ball his length becomes his advantage..bowling quite ok here...

quite true.. with minimal experience patel is swinging the ball like anything.. so that tells me that the likes of hoggard and flintoff can be very dangerous with their experience of the reverse swing...

As i write this, Harmisson is living dangerously with Kumble getting an edge of harmisson's bat..

THis is looking good for india now but yeah if they get a lead of 150 it could become very tricky for india. Hopefully we won't let that happen and wrap it up soon enough.

India are giving Freddy free runs, I don't like that at all!

I hate that tactic of giving the batsman singles. Its stupid, and Ganguly and Smith both used to do it often. Now Dravid is. Argh.

How much does Harmison actually reverse the ball though? I generally don't see him pitching the ball up enough to even prove that he's capable of it. Flintoff is the only genuine threat when the ball is reversing... from my experience of viewing England. Haven't seen Plunkett admittedly.

I was referring to Harmy with the bat, and his partnership with Freddy.

The reverse swing worry is obviously Freddy and Hoggard.

Bowlers scoring runs?? Ludicrous.

That goes against the very fibre of cricket!

This is the 2nd biggest partnership of England's innings now.

Sky one to a fielder Harmy damn it!

Freddy gloved that one, but Hair missed it. :(

Good take by Dhoni though, been great behind the stumps.

Drop every player who is going through low scores. Great way to consolidate a team that.
Actually, if it's a prolonged period of low scores and the replacement scores runs, it's a great thing for the team.

Unless the person who is getting the low scores is Sachin.

Sorry guys, there are rules for everyone, and then there are rules for Sachin.

And rule numero uno is 'Don't talk about dropping Sachin if you want to ever work in India again.'

Sorry, but Sachin derserves a much much bigger leash than people like Ganguly.

And Ganguly had 10k international runs!
