There was nothing wrong with the ball tracking in this instance. Blame dharmasena if you want to, probably shouldn't have given it.

Jadeja copped one earlier in this very series where the third umpire couldn't decide whether it hit bat or pad first so stayed with the on field decision.

And then on top of that, it was umpires call on both impact and ball tracking.

Nah the ball tracking was absolutely fine. It simply should never be given out on-field - batsman is taking a middle-leg guard, hit on the front pad above the knee roll, decent angle on the ball. I can buy the projection but it's simply not a good decision.

I think for tall or hefty batsmen, lbws often look much plumber live than they are in reality because of their really large frames screwing up the front on perspective a bit. Inzamam copped a fair few rough ones in his career because of this.
