These two have previous for this ****. Similar thing happened a few years back in SA when they were going beautifully.

Well it looks a good track to bat on at present. Certainly not the bunsen burner we were expecting, nothing like as much help in the pitch for the spinners yet as there was in the Bangladesh pitches. Though it could just be that Ansari is crap.

The thing with these sort of tracks is that when it turns, it turns from everywhere in the pitch, not just the footmarks. Days two and three should be interesting. Or maybe even the post-tea session today.
