Great effort boys - nice to see our "2nd spinner" coming to the fore to bowl them in the 2nd innings - also good that the benefit of applied batting was reaped - it may not have been fast scoring, but it was effective scoring.

EDIT: In 9 of 39 dismissals in the Dev League last season, a left-armer was responsible.

Anyway, AWESOME win, very thorough and clinical, amazing effort to get from 5/270 odd to 428. And the bowling, in particular Kennett, was sublime

Great win guys! They were never in the hunt once Dave got on a role in the first innings, and he followed it up again in the 2nd innings. Wonderful performance by our batsman, partnerships is what it is all about and Liam scoring a very nice hundred. A bit disapointed with my own performance, but happy to be a consistent contributer if others are going to demolish the opposition.

Thoroughly excellent performance all round boys, but we'll need to keep this going into the second Test and then throughout the summer if we're to beat the best side in the world over five matches.
