Unfortunately got knocked off MSN. I say unfortunate, because it was a fantastic match.

Cricket Web XI v Australia 'A' (D/N)
at Hobart

Drizzly conditions, wet outfield and a slow pitch.

Brendon Goff won the toss and chose to bowl first, in hope that conditions would be better for batting later in the game, albeit under lights.

Spectacular results...

Chasing a big target set by Hussey centuries, Goff raced to his half-century off just 27 balls after 2 early wickets set the XI back. Malone was in form of his own, but scoring at a relatively slow run-a-ball.

Indeed, captain Goff continued to treat his fellow Australians with the utmost disdain, despite being dropped by Lee on 51.

It was just his day and a race to the century mark quickly developed between Malone and Goff. Goff reached there first (off 68 balls!) but his partner followed an over later (107 balls).

Both were dismissed nearing the end of the chase, but it only served to allow Zaid Ghansar and Daniel Towns some good time in the middle and they finished things off with some lovely strokes.

Have I finished my two games off due to injury already?

Great match. :) Fantastic showing by the Greens batsmen and also Rose for being the only bowler in the match to pick up two wickets, and Reuben for being very economical. A very rare game (of late) for the batsmen to outdo the bowlers. Good job also to Ghansar for his batting and bowling efforts. Glad to be able to win the game with him in the middle. :)

I can't either. Forgive my ignorance, but how exactly does the live simming over MSN thing work?
Basically, you have Liam added as a contact, and then he updates it based on what happens in the sim. The frequency of the update is usually decided by how exciting the situation is and how many people are on. Usually good fun :)

Awesome! Thanks. Will wear full plate armour next time I have a game of squash with Neil.
*hears an almighty crash from the squash room following twenty kg of metal and eighty kg of Towns slipping on a wet patch...*

Well done fellas! Great to know we can chase down the big scores. Good start to the tour, hopefully we can continue that form into the matches proper.
