Id say it is the same as Frankel in his Guineas and Msster Minded in his first Champion Chase, a jaw dropping display that you need to watch again and again just to let it sink in.
Frankel's Guineas was actually just a rubbish ride from Queally who couldn't hang onto him. When he actually rode him properly, I think the Queen Anne is the real defining performance. A fantastic Group 1 horse in Excelebration was totally destroyed that day.

I'm always slightly suspicious when a horse gets so far ahead early on (has happened in a couple of all weather races here recently), that the jockeys behind have just got it badly wrong.

Saw the split screen of this and Winx and Pride of Jenni was 2 and 3/4 lengths ahead at end. 20+ lengths ahead at bend. Shows how good a performance it was and that it wasn't a fluke or a bad year and one decent horse.
Were they on similar ground?

Yeah, was gutted to hear that. What an amazing racehorse and sire he was (and with those looks to match).

$51 on Bet365. It wasn't even listed on sportsbet so I told them, they just sent me an email and they have included Sevenna's Knight in the Cup market and have priced him at $41. On WA TAB he has been priced at $34.

It’s also not stopping him becoming an awesome stallion either. Will be interesting to see what City Of Troy achieves this year, looks an absolute superstar….
His bubble burst a bit in the Guineas - was very clearly in trouble a long way out.

That Godolphin winner was pretty impressive, though.

Best finish that race has had in a while. Great to watch.

Seems like the Japanese horses are getting closer and closer each year - third and fifth this time. Only a matter of time until they win one, and I'm not sure how some of the American fans will take that in "America's race".

Sad scenes at Chester today as Hidden Law came home impressively in the Derby Trial only to facture a leg a few strides past the post. This sport really does toy with your emotions.

As for the Kentucky Derby, cannot believe they didn't throw the 2nd out. Didn't look like a vintage renewal and by the sounds of it, there's a better horse in Muth waiting for the Preakness.
