Middlesex don't deserve to win this really going on these last two games. Playing for two draws to get over the line. Not even trying to win their last game against Lancashire when they knew they had to play Yorkshire in the last game, and Somerset had Notts. Very defensive.

Yes Middlesex's draw against Lancashire was nigh on worthless in all but the most apocalyptic scenarios. That was a really horrible move.

Yorkshire 9 down and 15 to go. Interesting conspiracy theories on how Middlesex should allow them to get the 15 runs to help encourage sporting declarations later.

Yes Middlesex would b better off here letting them get to 350 imo. That way Yorkshire will go for any runchase that Middlesex set them. Say 240 off 40 overs.

If Yorkshire don't get 350, then Middlesex need to making all the running once again and Yorkshire won't do them any favours due to the perceived injustices of Finn/Bairstow.

Wonder what Lanky will fancy chasing? I want north of 300, 350 ideal. Would suspect they'd lose confidence over 320.

2 wickets in 2 overs. Just when I thought we might score 300 and bat them close to out of the game. Such a bad batting unit, deserve relegation.
