Vilas was rumoured to be joining lancs on a kolpak to cover Buttler and Alex Davies and add depth to batting.

Kent were soundly beaten on the first game in the WI domestic 50 over competition. Missing a few players.

I would suggest it's a big tournament for Northeast. He's had a couple of good years but no lions selection. Needs to bang the door down at his age.
DBD too could do with some runs. Has struggled for the lions overseas.

Yeah it was Chanderpaul and Villas on Kolpaks. Presuming this means the T20 'star' is still on the cards.

Lancashire signed Australian under 19 wicket keeper batsmen Brad Guest,2 months ago,he played 2nds all year.Not a lot of thought in this signing.
